LG Customer service. I purchased a LG Bluetooth 780 head set which was defective on Ebay. The unit was factory sealed and arrived with a manufactures I year warranty. One of the ear plug seemed to be defective. So I called LG customer service and after speaking to a representative and than to a John who was her supervisor I was told that Ebay was not an authorized dealer and they would not repair my headset. I asked how was a customer suppose to know who was authorized to sell LG? Where was that information available to a buyer? He had no answer. They admitted that it was an authentic LG Headset but would not be covered under the terms of the warranty, which by the way has no statement to who can sell LG products. The seller said he is authorized and the products he sells is covered under the warranty. I purchased my last LG product. Others should BEWARE!!!!
