Unprofessional staff and middle management on the ground, very weak control over frequently organized events.

Completely unsatisfactory experience.

Even serveing food in any restaurant are less than expected, even the salt and pepper you should ask for it, bread served without butter, you can imagine the rest of your experience.

They really need to improve to attract the right crowd
