I ordered a "power window regulator with motor" from a concern who made promises they couldn't and did not keep. They gave me a $15.00 discount and FREE SHIPPING (for my troubles) on my next order, BUT, now I had to wait until Sept 9 thru Sept 13 for delivery although their order site states they had the item "IN STOCK" (THIS WAS NOT TRUE); I had placed the original order on Aug 8; For several days with a car on the floor not able to move I pondered what could I do; then I remembered RockAuto; My problem was solved WITHIN (1) ONE WEEK, 5 working days, WITHOUT ANY HIDDEN AJENDAS OR EXCUSES; Lovely and Pure Customer Service!!
