If only a minus zero score could be added. This company's auto bill payment doesn't work. Their customer service staff has been rudimentary trained to dismiss any real human interaction and then put a customer on hold and/or hang up conveniently. A complete ghetto experience of how not to run a company or treat customers who have no option for electricity. Ashamed to have the name on our stadium.
