It was ok. I thought we would see the big manufacturing process. We also missed the outdoor play area etc as it's not on the route around the museum. The factory shop is a few shelves with Easter eggs more expensive than a supermarket. I was looking forward to miss shapes etc. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful.
