I rented my last apartment throught Tony at Heights Real Estate and had an excellent experience. The apartment itself was a really unique space on the UES (huge private roofdeck, duplex style, updated) and was incredibly reasonably priced. Tony was an outstanding landlord, always quick to reply to any questions or concerns; if we had any repairs, I knew that they would be addressed immediately. We had to move out before our lease was up and while many landlords would penalize you for this, Tony was very willing to work with us and understanding of our situation. We ended up needing an extra bedroom hence the move, but otherwise would have stayed here for a long time as we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend renting an apartment with Heights as it's a reliable company with great people.
