There is always a problem with internet connection...

There is always a problem with internet connection at the hotel - rooms are overheated in the winter. Breakfast buffet is good but room service is very over priced.
Location is good, plenty of transport around and close to other places to visit - would give the mall a miss and go to one othe newer ones close by.
