This is the Worcest estate agent staff, they are rude has no manner and not honest at all.
They just smile at your face and will do nothing just time waster as soon as they collect their commission that s it they don t care about you anymore.
We have purchased a house through them and in the process we needed to speak to the vendor they said we will arrange that we have chased the update 3 times but every time they say the vendor didn t get back to us.
Then when we have completed and got the Keyes we have met the vendor and he said they never tried to contact me we know the vendor was very nice man and very honest.
Then they have lost 2 sets of the Keyes and they said we gave you all what we had from the vendor while the vendor did confirm they gave the agent 3 sets of Keyes .
Once we had a final viewing to the house before we do the exchange we showed up at the property and the vendor didn t show up as he was moved out of the property, then when we contacted the estate agent talked to Catherine she said oh no we will talk to him and see why he missed out the appointment .
Then we find out that she missed out to confirm with the vendor the time!
Time waster!
Be careful, be away of this estate agent!
