Awful customer service. I bought sets of massage linens and within 2 washes, the fitted sheets had areas that became thin, and one sheet had holes. I went to return them, and was told the only person who could process returns was on holiday and would call me in one week. 1.5 weeks later, she gets back to me and says she had other massage therapists who use that brand of linens look at it, and the holes lined up with rubber feet so they think I closed up my table with the sheets still on it, and stains are normal. I said those aren't stains, the fabric is just thinned. She said "you can't just jam all 4 sets into your washing machine" (I did not do that). I don't understand why I'm getting questioned and argued with, and she said that the manufacturer would ask them these questions, that's why she has to ask. I said it shouldn't matter, I'm dissatisfied with the product, to which she told me satisfaction is not guaranteed on this product.

Whether or not the manufacturer will refund you is irrelevant and shouldn't be made to be your customer's problem, you should just give refunds and eat the cost, that's the cost of doing business. This was my first experience buying from Diamond Athletics, and it will be my last. I certainly won't send my clients here, and I'll be making all future purchases at Equip.
