When my father suddenly and unexpectedly passed away 2 weeks ago, Hines-Rinaldi was there for us every step of the way. From the moment we called the 24-hour line to notify them of my father's death we were treated with kindness. Our funeral director, Gary, was compassionate and caring. Gary was patient and took time to answer all our questions and guide us through the process of laying my father to rest. Gary made sure that my father would receive the military honors he deserved. When coming snow forced us to change the time of my father's service and interment, Gary made all the calls and got everything arranged. He was there every step of the way. Gary stayed with us to watch my father being lowered even though it was snowing pretty hard and we are sure he wanted to get on the road. He even called the day following the funeral to ask how we were holding up and to let us know that his engagement did not end just because the funeral had taken place. He let us know he would still be there if we needed anything down the line. We could not have had a better experience than the one we had at Hines-Rinaldi. Every staff member we met or dealt with was amazing, but we are eternally grateful to Gary. Thank you.
