I have taken training from Metaphrasi. So Metaphrasis is my mother agency. I always respect the staff especially president Elizabeth. I think if you want to support the interpreters in their career. You have to keep them busy everyday like you used to do in past. I got a lot of help from Metaphrasis when my husband got sick. I used to get 2 to 3 assignments everyday for North shore hospitals at Evanston. Skokie and Glenbrook hospital. Thanks and Good luck
