Good things - clean hotel, friendly staff as you enter, clean rooms and modern. Terrible lighting in bathroom if you're there to get dressed up and go out, you're going to be upset the lighting in the bathroom is dim and unnatural.

Bad things - we were there this past weekend (Jan 11) and there was a wedding closeby I think, we saw a bride and her party there. Many guests from the wedding staying and they were obnixiously loud at 130-2 in the morning and beyond, as they were in the lobby/bar area for a long time. Being on the 2nd floor, there's an opening looking down to the lobby and you can hear everything.
