The most terrible flight experience when you have ...

The most terrible flight experience when you have to rebook. First flights; only problems:

- Booked a return flight.
- paid 66 (we didn't care)
- Check-in was 24 hours in progress
- Receive another bill of 35 overnight
- It was only through the call that it became apparent that the system had made an incorrect booking, allegedly sent an invoice by mistake, and that nothing worked
- The return flight was fixed via a fee-based hotline
- Check-ins were not possible due to an "unknown error"
- Called again, check-ins only went after that

I, finally happy ...

Overnight there was an invoice in the amount of 35, which I cannot assign to my bookings.

All within 3 days.

I absolutely do not recommend it, I have never been so stressed out and have initially objected ...

In my opinion, the system is not user-friendly and faulty.

Just never rebook, it crashes the entire app and you have to pay a lot for the hotline. :(
