Horrendous!! I would advise all who look to purcha...

Horrendous!! I would advise all who look to purchase anything of significance to SHOP ELSEWHERE...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I purchased a washer/ dryer set, which was told in store would fit with the specs provided; however, upon delivery they did not fit. This isn't the bad part. Things happen and I am fully aware of that. They took back my appliances and I was given instructions to go to the store to get a different model. Ok, no big deal. I went to the closest store to me. They couldn't help me. I was told to purchase a whole new set, as they could not use the credit I already had for the previous set!?! What?! No. Then I was told to call customer service....what a JOKE!! I was on hold for so long the phone literally disconnected. This happened numerous times over a 3 day period. At this point now I just want a refund....no one can help me with that either! I get transferred to different people, get left on hold, get hung up on for being on hold too long, and call to get vm boxes that are full. 1 week has now passed and have NO items and HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND EITHER!!! The only person of any real value was 1 customer service representative, Sixto, who actually stayed on the phone with me until he got a hold of a live person at a store who he thought should be able to help....he was right, the guy was in the position to help but said "we are closing in 25 minutes so I will call you back tomorrow to solve this".....I really pushed that he help now as 4 days had passed and this was the 1st time I actually was able to talk with someone who could help. He flat out refused because he didn't want to "be stuck at the store too long and had other things to do"...ABSURD!!! He took my number...and surprise....NEVER CALLED!!!! It's no wonder these stores are going out of business with service like this....bottom line....STAY AWAY!!!!!!
