I'm giving a 3 star because I've never been there....

I'm giving a 3 star because I've never been there. Mat be it rates a higher number. My son has been there as an inmate a few times. He's been allowed to call me free to both of us .I appreciate it alot, as I'm 73 years old and live in another state. At least I know how and where he is that way. I cannot afford to pay for collect phone calls. Thanks so much for that consideration, jail staff.
