The room price during the Garth Brooks concert was over 300 ..ok that's fine however the moment I walked in the room there was dirt or some type of mud allover the wall, garbage from the previous people to use the room, which wasn't a big deal until morning when we had just received our room service followed by cleaning staff just walking right in, that tells me they are rushed by managment to get the rooms ready, we were told check out was at noon our meal arrived at 1020 and by 1030 the cleaners just barged in, I made the manager "raj" aware of it and he offered to cover the cost of parking which should have been included for the price, I've stayed in motels that had better service, I've had room service show up and they always knocked before walking in, I would advise against staying at this hotel unless your ok with paying over 300 to have someone walk in on you and completely invade your privacy I've stayed in2 star hotels and 5 diamond hotels this one definitely does not live up to the standard that they advertise
