Just don t do it! You have better ways of wasting your time and money. Ignore the good reviews and focus on the 1and 2 star ratings. They were not making those things up. This is a franchise, not managed by Marriott corporate therefore, it is poorly managed.

Let s start with the floors being scuffed, dirty and I could tell from the moment that I walked in that this hotel was unkept. Front desk comes across friendly and helpful until you have a problem. My bedding was dirty, had dirt scuff marks, holes in the sheets, a lipstick stain on the pillow, the whole room was dusty and did not give the feel of a 4 star hotel. Don t be fooled- this is NOT 4 star quality, they are barely getting past 3 stars. I ve stayed at nicer 3 star hotels (Drurys). The corridor areas were dusty, dirty, and there was trash in the elevator (that stayed all day). After I shared my concerns, even with the housekeeping manager coming to see my room, I was insulted with a 10% discount off my stay which was nothing. The staff became shady, I even overheard one stating that it was her second job (so that tells me that she really didn t care), especially after charging my card nearly 4x the amount of my stay upon checkout. That happened after the room incident (still waiting on my credit). Needless to say that I was too done with this dump!

*rooftop bar is a joke, closed 30 mins early, and there s nothing to see up there but other buildings blocking any decent view

*printer was flashing red, let the front desk know-instead of trying to fix they shrugged their shoulders like oh well, it must be broke

Please save yourself disappointment or gaining a jaded view of Atlanta by avoiding this place. The only 4 stars I seen were the stars in the sky above the building under construction which was considered my room with a view. So keep scrolling my friend, pay that extra $20-50 a night somewhere else. You ll thank me later.
