My experience at the hotel, after a 5 day stay, was terrible. The customer service was the worst, they offered 3 single beds to my junior suite, for my children, at 2 pm and only until 9 pm, after multiple calls and trips to reception, they placed them. In the Columbus restaurant we ordered 5 dishes and they only brought 4, after more than 45 minutes of waiting, upon arriving at the room we found a large puddle of sewage in front of it, with a foul smell, which remained throughout the entire During our stay, the waiters were more concerned with removing the dishes from the table than with assisting you in your orders, they even removed the dishes without eating. In the multiple hotel stays in Cartagena I had noticed a slight improvement in hotels such as Conrad and Radisson in terms of providing the guest, Pilar of these businesses, a memorable experience, mine in the Americas was quite the opposite.
