I am very disappointed with the service department...

I am very disappointed with the service department. I called to get my car checked out and the woman receptionist was very unprofessional and beyond rude. She stated she could not get me in to drop off my car until a week later... then it would be a couple days to even get my car looked at... then a couple more days in addition, to fix any repairs. I called a different chevy dealer and they got my car in the same day within an hour of the time I called. I will not be going to Whelan s dealer for any of my business.
