October 2 2016 I was sent to Providence Little Company of Mary Emergency Room with a Prescription from my Doctor which I thought was just a reaction to an antibiotic that had just about swollen my neck and throat shut. I gave the the prescription and sat down to begin filing out the paperwork before I could fill out my name they were calling me back. They did vitals I go back and sit down to finish the paperwork before I could complete the address section called back for chest xray and blood draw. Go back to waiting room and began filing out the paperwork called again to say your being admitted. Shocked!!! Next morning diagnosed with as anemic with a kidney stone and Acute Myloid Leukemia. Shock again I must say and they told me they they were waiting for a bed for me at The City Of Hope in Duarte, Ca. World was rocked. But staff treated me compassion and care very kind Hospital was very clean. And on top of all they had great food. I'm writing this at 4:16am in the City of Hope. The Best place to be when you are fighting Cancer. God Bless the Staff at Little Company of Mary.
