This is directed to the service department only as I had not dealt with the sales or parts department. I made an online appointment for my transmission to be checked out. I get there at the appointment time and they tell me everyone is at lunch and to come back in an hour. Okay cool no problem, I come back and get told by another dude oh no sorry they don t get off lunch for another hour. So y all get two hour lunches and don t keep appointments? Awesome sauce. It s not easy getting time off work and my car still needs to get looked at. I ll never come here again for anything service or sales related if this is how they treat people. Incredibly ridiculous.
