The lobby is gorgeous and they hand you a glass of California sparkling wine when you walk in
LEED certified construction (safe for you and the environment
Tip top staff
Yoga on the lawn in the summer - divine!
Golf-tastic - if that s your thing - and a championship in the summer
Winning - even if you don t get a room facing the lake (I did, I ll admit), the views are still amazing!
Poolside is fantastic
The back of the resort faces the west so sunset is breathtaking!
Spa - oh em gee - I had a facial and it was divine - all treatments seem to be top notch and they have a great variety of healthy skin care products that aren t toxic
Super floofy & fluffy robes
Spacious Gym & great equipment
Apres Sleep bar in the lobby every morning. The cutest thing ever - teas & tonics to help you jump start your day

I drove down from Reno along the lake on Route 50. I was a little worried when I saw all of the casinos but once I made that turn, it was a whole different world!

Suggestion: Although I LOOOVE that they have Voss water (hello, my namesake!), they might want to switch from bottled water and provide more filtered water stations in the hotel (not just the gym) which helps lessen single use plastic bottles

Overall - I loved this spot - super swanky yet still rustic & celebrates the beautiful environment & the majestic lake.

I'll definitely be back and I'm bringing folks with me! ;)
