If I could give negative points I would. Very disappointed with our experience. We have been waiting for a part since the end of October 2019 for our tractor which has been sitting at Ocala Tractor since the end of October 2019. Here we are January 2020 and we still don't have a tractor. We keep getting told they (the dealer) cant get the part they need. Now I read here that your parts supply network is down???? How can such a large corporation have this type problem and it still isn't fixed? Sincerely a frustrated owner. 01112020 UPDATE...They say they are working on it. We shall see if the stars go up or not....
