I have been at Santevet for 7 years now where I assure my cat Lou. I am very satisfied with this insurance because they are available and professional. The sending of the care sheets is done either by mail or as yesterday directly transmitted by the veterinarian. It's a plus. The refund is done in a few days. Then, for the rate, everything depends on the contract taken.
