If they fixed their attitudes they would probably get a lot more people to work with them. We have all worked in costumer service some way so we know how it goes. Debt collectors are already not liked to begin with so i get where the defensiveness comes from but some of us (like me) didn't even know this existed because the loan was for my husband before we got married. So I was literally clueless and Brittney was already on the defense when she called me the first time. Someone give her a much needed vacation she needs to get out.
