Me and my girl stayed at this hotel for two days as we extended a vacation to take in Barcelona. I want to say that they were simply amazing.

1: When we arrived they took our baggage and offered us refreshment. They assured us that even tho we were hours before check in we could drop off our bags. But then on checking they were got us into our room early. That says alot right there. They got us into our room early, hours early, without a trace of being put out.

2: The room was clean, beautiful, and with an amazing view. It came with all the modern conveniences with tastefully done accents. The bed was plump and soft and when we asked for more pillows they brought them up within 30 minutes.

3: On going down to see the city they directed us to the tour companies and helped us find our way around the city. They also gave us a cell phone to use in the city, which was an amazing bonus to staying with the hotel. It allows you to get local maps, make calls, and search the web, and erases itself at the end of your stay.

4: When we left they gracefully allowed us to store our baggage inside the hotel even after our check out time. When we came back they called us a taxi and let us wait in their gorgeous entry way.

This was the definition of service. From the time we entered to the time we left they supported us, guided us and took care of us like family. The staff was wonderful and I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in Barcelona.

While there are many hotels this one won me by accommodating a dumb tourist like me.
