I had 250 very old slides converted to digital photos. The initial conversion resulted in about half of the pictures being so overexposed, they were basically useless. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, friendly, and prompt. I explained what happened, showed examples of original slide quality and the overexposed digital conversion. They sent me a return label to return my slides and they reprocessed them free of charge. The turn around time on the reprocessing was only a couple of days and the result was amazing. The digital conversion of the slides turned out as I expected. Now we have old family photos to share with extended family for years to come. Thank you Southtree.
