I would give 0 stars if I could. My package is supposed to be delivered to me personally yesterday. But I wasn't there at all. No information where the package is! Extremely annoying. Wait forever - Corona etc. - now disappeared without a trace.

Hotline is chargeable and customer service can hardly be found and then it takes forever to process an inquiry.

Perhaps you should adjust the working conditions so that some employees still do a good job?
