I service my work vehicle at Dixie ford because their fast-lane is convenient and they take my fleet card with no issue. The other day I was waiting for my vehicle to be ready when I overhead one of the service representatives being very unprofessional. She was using belittling language about someone either a co-worker or customer fairly loudly. For all I know it could of been about me, and it made me very uncomfortable.
