I had an immediate response to my initial call and there was very little wait time from the first visit for the estimate to the scheduled installation. The staff was courteous and professional. The installation was done without any mess and everything was left clean and neat The heat pump works well. The staff also helped provide the forms I needed to get the tax refund.
