I am Pratik Desai, a first class mechanical graduate from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. I was one of the five students who got short-listed in Ronch Polymer through college campus. There, I was responsible for monitoring product quality and support production. During that time I got exposure towards analysis and discussion with CAE engineers. That generated my interest about this field. Then I came to know about IKSC through the Industry Experts. I met Atul Sir here and he suggested me to take psychometric test to discover my strengths, weaknesses and career direction. So, currently I am part of IKSC, developing my career into crash analysis.
Since then I have built expertise on 2d shell meshing, 3d meshing, plastic meshing with the help of tools like hypermesh, ansa . Ls-dyna for solving linear and non-linear problems.
I am also working on six sigma.
The most important thing I like about IKSC is e- learning as it gives time flexibility for learning.
I was here in IKSC for last 1 year and 2 months; I have seen lot of positive changes in my approach. As per my short term goal I am pleased to share with you I am part of Renault-Nissan Technology and Business Centre India Private Ltd. in Chennai. I can say that this is the right place for enhancing knowledge according to industrial standards.
