Just completed closing on our rate and term refinance that Kyle found for us. Kyle, Lexi and Connie all kept us informed, both through email, phone calls and texts about what was needed, where we stood in the process and what our final outcome would be. They made a difficult process very simple! If rates drop even more next year, we will come back to them to do it all again!!
