Almond Breton Cookies: Having lived in Brittany for few years I was looking forward to this treat!
Big disappointment.. I will not comment on the texture of the cookie as interpretations are always different, but, a common mistake of young or aspiring pastry chefs if that they put in too much extract (In this case Almond) to the point that it is in-edible!
I tried one, and threw the rest away...way too much almond extract..
Normally I like what Sweet Obsession makes, but not these ones...
