Terrible company, and customer service .

Terrible company, and customer service .
Who authorized all of these "entities" charges. Just one big rip off!!
They all have volume and base charges for the same water!!
They threated to shut off my water if I didn't pay a NEW entity charge for MetroConnects. No prior notice for this charge, it just showed up on my bill, and we're suppose to just bend over and take it up the rectum. That's the problem when you're the only game in town. You can do what ever you want.
If customers don't like it, that's just to bad. There is no recourse.
