Turnaround after turnaround, until I get the same conditions, I can only keep saying:

Shell it's the best place to do turnarounds.
If you like rules, safety and everything you need to perform a good job, then you will like them also.

They are not big because they're rich, they are big because their people think big.

Only one thing missing. A container or a room with lockers and cctv surveillance, where everyone can leave their phones safe. Phones are the only stuff you can never bring with you into the plant.
