Sushi Yasuda was a huge let down. My wife and I went here on vacation and we were hoping for a good experience based on the Michelin star. The staff was not welcoming even though we had a reservation, the service was not very good, and the sushi was below average. Truly, below average!?!?! We live in the southeastern USA and the sushi in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana is as good or better (at one quarter the price no less). If you compare sushi yasuda with something like Mizumi or Yellowtail in Las Vegas, it pales in comparison (even Deep Sushi in Dallas, TX blows the doors off this place). To say we were disappointed is an understatement. How this place received a Michelin star is a complete mystery.
