The company also helps with the application to the health insurance company - you send the prescription issued by the ophthalmologist to the company and everything is processed very quickly.
The employees on the phone are also very friendly and competent. You always work in the interests of the customer.
The same in field service: Corona conditionally, I was offered to deliver software and hardware without contact. But since I bought a laptop in the ordinary trade, it was a bit difficult ... so the field worker came to our home despite Corona. And even when they forgot to turn off the mouse pad on my laptop, he came back as soon as possible. It turned out that the mouse cannot be switched off, but at least can be slowed down.
