The agents for customer service/claim department are SO RUDE they do not let you explain your situation, they interrupt you when you speak, they bully you, they are THE worst. If you are making a claim you are already in a bad situation to on top of that have to deal with these people, They should be supervised, and just an advice, if you hate talking to people don t take this kind of job.
