The hotel is very beutiful, located in a relative quite streat, within a walking distance to the main street of kiev.

You have a little bit of steps to go into the hotel lobby but the staff here have a wheelchair and a sort of lift to help those who cant manege the steps.
The staff here are increadible, very helpful and inviting always with a smile and always with a positive attitude. The staff will help you with anything from recomandation of were to go to and all the way of helping you carry your plate to the table at breakfast if you need the assistance.

The food here is also very good, at breakfast you have a lovely assortment of fruit and vegetables, cheeses and cold cuts along with hot meals and fresh juices.
Dinner was good as well with delicious ukrane borche soup and excuisit chicken kiev and the prices are very affordable and again the service with a smile.

The rooms was very spacious and the design is nice, the bed is comfy, the pillows are very soft but you can ask for firmer pillows, the rooms have a desk, complimentry water, coffee/tea station and a minibar fridge, in the closet you have a good size safe, but you dont have enough shelfs (only 4) the rest is for hanging you clothes, you have bath as standard in the rooms but they have rooms with a shower but take note that the shower is very narrow and cramped, you have a tall step leading into the shower and in the shower you dont have any railings to hang on to.

All in all we enjoyed it very much and we definetly want to come back again, to the staff of the hotel we want to say thank you for such a lovely hospitality.
