Mark Ventures builder does not respond to calls or massages; its been a year since i asked to cancel the flat due to no assistance from the team for loan sanction and registration procedure. they are asking us to provide customer for the flat then only they will refund my booking money. this is just a cheating though they dont have cancellation policy in place. Hopeless builder and his team. I wish not to give a single star as wel; rohan Bhalerao who has given 5 Star is a the owner of this brand
