Rude, snooty staff and not the first time. They descended with garbage pails and rushed the audience out after the 6:45, May 12 show of "Going Clear." "Make your way out, unless you want to pick up a broom and help." "Clear out so we can get ready for the next viewing." I barely had time to gather my coat and see the last of the credits. It was embarrassing for my friend and I, to be treated so shabbily. Another time I stood in line weighed down with backpack and shopping, winter coat, boots...and an attendant looked me over , saying loudly, "You're in the wrong line." No offer to find the right line-just what felt like an affront. Please remember, paying customers are guests and need always to be treated with courtesy, or we can just opt for a cozy evening with Netflix.
