I was beaten up by a polk County detective had all my teeth knocked out at the time I wanted to kill him and get revenge I am Catholic and attend church at St.joesphs when monsignor Caufield was pastor a good friend of sherrif Grady Judd I spoke to monsignor in depth about my assault this is where my life began to change I begged monsignor not to call the sherrif because he paid for all my medical expenses including my beautiful new teeth. I Forgave the detective that did this to me I never called to have him reprimanded I just felt sorry for him and allowed God to seek revenge for me. I in a strange way thank him not for the assault but it put me on a course to Gods heart through forgiveness I was free. Thank you in a wired way, and to the best Sherrif in the nation what you do for kids by keeping them safe from predators is 2nd to known at times I wish you were my dad.I pray for you and your officer's alot. Please never change because I hear all the rumors and I know facts and you are a credit to our community please consider body cams it shouldn't be used by under cover agents in no way to keep them safe but regular patrols it should be.God Bless Angel Velazquez
