Brand new refrigerator was delivered with ice make...

Brand new refrigerator was delivered with ice maker not working. Has been 3 weeks back and forth between LG and A&E (service company they sent out). After cancelled appointments (by them) they finally came out.. the guy with A&E couldn t find the part number for the broken valve and said he would find out the number the next day and order it. I called today and found out it was never ordered. Been on the phone with them and now LG for over an hour. I have wasted so much time trying to get this fixed..it s a $3000 fridge and comes broken!!
