I gave 1 star cause 0 stars wasn't an option but they dont even deserve that one star. WORST PLACE. Unprofessional! Linda is the worst, very unprofessional and seems like she has no idea what she is doing, knows nothing and after every question she literally has to say "hold on let me ask" then comes back with an answer that makes no sense. She is unable to answer questions that she should have answers too. I called to make an appointment, literally said "come tomorrow at 11pm" and clicked. Didn't even get my name or last name. How the hell are you suppose to know its an appointment for me then without my name? I asked how much a pre op appointment was, first she said up to $300. I said well can you give me a more accurate price so I can go ready? She said we would know everything needed. I said ok let me email you the pre op request, whats the price now? she said I don't know I cant give you a price unless you come in. Ok so I go in miss time off work to have you tell me a price I cant pay so then what? make another appointment, waste more time, call off work again? just wasting my time. then she says ok its $500. Really $500 for a pre op check up? when first it was no more then $300.These people suck, so unprofessional and cant answer much for you. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else!
