I would like to tell my experience picking up my truck with the service advisor Mika when I dropped off my truck for a recall I told him if they can also check door because it doesn t lock first he doesn t even do eye contact when talking to you then when I have my wife pick it up for me he tells her he had called my cell phone number and spoke to a girl wth! ( that caused a big fight) i never received a call from him then when she asks about the door problem he stated I never mentioned anything to him such a liar unprofessional. Use to have better service before .
