Over the years, never had a problem until now. Had to file a PayPal claim. Spent thousands of dollars, missing two parts from last order. Customer service will not acknowledge that parts have not shipped out after a week and a half. Opened a case on their website which they closed out before resolution. Received a call back from a RockAuto rep who would not acknowledge the problem and insisted they would not do anything about the situation. Despite being polite and brief with him he hung up on me. Had to file a claim on PayPal to get money back. Then, I received a call back from RockAuto who told me to close the PayPal dispute before they can correct anything, but the situation is still not acknowledged or resolved. That s not how it works. The issue is resolved first, then the PayPal claim is closed. No apology, no sincerity, no resolution. Beware.
