Had my wedding and engagement rings appraised at Kaplan s as they were recommended by many others in the area. Everyone was extremely nice and appreciative. Turn around time was quick, everything was thoroughly explained to me thoroughly and without any surprises, and the report was very thorough and professional. Although I was only wishfully looking, their selection looked beautiful, too!
