Aaron is an amazing massage therapist. After suffering with severe SI joint instability and pain for over 17 years, I finally gained some stability through doing prolotherapy with a doctor in Portland. The downside is that I still struggle with muscle imbalances and pain in various parts of my low back, mid back, shoulders, and neck.

In just two visits, Aaron majorly decreased my pain and helped me untangle my confused muscle patterns. He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy, and has a clear and thorough understanding of how bodies move and function. The pressure is always perfect (not too much, but enough to address the areas that need to release) and he also gives great cues for breath and small, subtle body movements during the appointment, which allows you to essentially partner with him and increase the efficacy of the work.
