Had lunch in the Balmoral bar. Steak ciabatta. Bre...

Had lunch in the Balmoral bar. Steak ciabatta. Bread was stale. Sat there for over 30 minutes after asking for the bill. Whisky selection is excellent. Doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel
