Update: After posting my original one star review I was contacted by the owner of Fort Bend Kia, and the sales manager with whom I had grievance. After a sincere apology from both, and reasonable and just compensation for time and fuel, given the hour long trip one way, I very satisfactorily purchased my vehicle here. The staff was very friendly and though it did take a while to make my way to the finance office I would definitely purchase a vehicle here in the future.
